- All entries and awards in this department shall be subject to the rules and regulations published in this premium list. Competition in this division shall only be open to Burleson County residents and/or members in good standing with Burleson County 4-H or FFA.
- Adult Division includes all individuals over 19 years of age. Professional categories are provided in the Art, Sewing, Embellished and Photography Departments. Professional Division is for exhibitors that sell items for profit.
- Youth division is open to all youth in Burleson County from 3rd-12th grade. Some youth divisions are divided into three age groups: Junior: 3rd-5th grade, Intermediate: 6th-8th grade, and Senior: 9th-12th grade.
- Children’s Corner is open to all children 2nd grade and younger.
- All items must be made within the last 12 months.
- Articles exhibited at a previous fair ARE NOT accepted (includes Baked Foods) and WILL NOT be displayed. All items and food must be made by the person entering them.
- Each exhibitor may enter as many classes as desired, however, only one entry per category will be allowed. If a class does not have categories, only one entry per class will be allowed.
- Miscellaneous Categories- any entry entered into miscellaneous categories shall be items other than those already listed as a category and cannot be a duplicated entry.
- All exhibitors must enter online at burlesoncl.fairwire.com before Sunday, September 21, 2025, at midnight. Check in will be on Monday, September 22, 2025. **ShoWorks: Please verify that the exhibitor’s name is listed as it appears on their social security card, exhibitor is in the appropriate age division, and the exhibitor’s mailing address is correct.
- All exhibitors needing help with ShoWorks or planning to enter the Baked Food Show may attend the informational meeting on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 6:30PM at the EXPO Center.
- Baked Food ENTRIES and RECIPES must be entered into ShoWorks (burlesoncl.fairwire.com) no later than August 1, 2025. Only one (1) entry per class. Entry fee of $5.00/class will be taken at Check-In Monday, September 15, 2025. A recipe “MUST” be submitted with baked item at check in for judge’s review. No recipe will be allowed by an exhibitor for entry if it was sold in the baked foods auction in the past 3 years.

- The Baked Foods Youth Auction in this division shall only be open to members that are in good standing with their respective clubs: Burleson County 4-H, Burleson County FCCLA, or Burleson County FFA Chapters.
- Exhibitors selected to participate in the Baked Food Auction must bring a freshly baked entry on Sunday, September 21, 2025, to be presented to the buyer at the baked food auction. Exhibitors are encouraged to creatively decorate their auction items for presentation.
- Judges shall not award a ribbon to any unworthy exhibit. The decision of the judges shall be final.
- Grand Champions and Reserve Champions will be awarded in each of the departments except Baked Foods.
- Every precaution will be taken to protect all articles entered, however in no case will Burleson County Fair Association, any director, or volunteer be held responsible for loss, damage, theft, or breakage or for any other forms of loss.

Creative Living Checked Out- Sunday, September 28, 2025, between 10-11:00AM. *Pictures of the exhibitors receiving grand will be taken for the Burleson County Tribune during pick up. Director, Chairman, or any fair official WILL NOT be responsible for articles left after check out time.
Baked Foods Pick Up- Monday, September 15, 2025, between 5-6:00PM
*Food remaining will be destroyed, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Grand Champion- Banner & $10.00; Reserve Champion- Pennant & $5.00
Professional- Grand Champion and Reserve Champion winners will only receive banners and pennants, no money will be awarded.
Each exhibitor in Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Divisions- $5.00 per class
