Divisions: 1. Youth Organizational Club 2. Adult Organizational Club
1. Every organized club in Burleson County is eligible to enter one Educational Exhibit. Any
organization wishing to enter an exhibit MUST enter online by September 23, 2024, and space will
be assigned in the order of entry. No Organizational names on exhibits.
2. The Educational Exhibit shall be scored according to a score card approved by the
Organizational Educational Exhibit Committee.
3. The exhibit should be planned not to exceed a space 2.5’ deep and 3’ wide. (A smaller space may
be used.) Needs to be self-standing.
4. Exhibits MUST be set up on Monday, September 23, 2024, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.
5. Judging of the exhibits will be Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
6. All exhibits must be taken down Sunday, September 29, 2024.
7. All exhibits will be scored, and ribbons awarded as follows:
Blue - $10.00 Red - $5.00 White - $3.00
8. In addition, recognition will be given for (1) Most Educational (2) Best of Show.
9. All exhibits will be scored according to the score card listed below:
Blue: 90-100 Red: 80-89 White: 70-79
10. Only youth exhibits will receive prize money.
