Department Rules:
- Every organized club in Burleson County is eligible to enter one Educational Exhibit.
- Any organization wishing to enter an exhibit MUST enter online by Sunday, September 21, 2025.
- No Organizational names on exhibits until judging has been completed.
- The Educational Exhibit shall be scored according to a score card approved by the Creative Living Department Committee.
- The exhibit should be planned not to exceed a space 2.5’ deep and 3’ wide (A smaller space may be used). Exhibit needs to be self-standing.
- Exhibits must be set up on Monday, September 22, 2025, between 4:00-7:00PM.
- All exhibits will be judged on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 10:00AM.
- Exhibits must be taken on Sunday, September 28, 2025, between 10:00-11:00AM.
- All exhibits will be scored, and ribbons awarded as follows: Blue-$10.00, Red-$5.00, White-$3.00 (ONLY youth exhibits will receive prize money).
- In addition, recognition will be given for The Most Educational and Best of Show.
- All exhibits will be scored according to the score card listed below:
- Blue: 90-100
- Red: 80-89
- White: 70-79
- No Live Animals
